It's important to remember that this product requires time to work effectively. Typically, it can take between 3 to 7 days for the green water in your tank to improve, depending on the tank's size.
2. How can I verify if this product is functioning?
There’s an indicator light located at the base of the product casing. However, this light may appear dim and difficult to see. For better visibility of the indicator, turn off all surrounding lights.
3. What should I do if I can't see the indicator light after turning off all lights?
If the indicator is still not visible, you can effortlessly remove the casing. This process is simple. Once removed, plug the unit into a power source, and the bulb will illuminate with a blue light.
4. I received my product, but the bulb is broken. What should I do?
A broken bulb can occur because there is a glass tube within the product, which may chip or fracture during shipping or if the product is dropped. If you receive a product with a damaged bulb, please don’t hesitate to contact us for a complimentary replacement.
5. Is this product compatible with European or 240V electrical systems?
Unfortunately, this product is designed solely for use with a 110V electrical supply and cannot be used in regions with 240V voltage.
